You know how some of our pigs are reserved for retail cuts at the Farm Store, and others are reserved for our Half Pig customers?

Well, at the start of this week, we had just four more pigs reserved for cuts at the Farm Store.

Two of those pigs went to the butcher this week. And that means this Sunday will be your second to last fresh pork day at the Farm Store ever!

Do I really mean ever? Yes!

For real, after this Sunday, there’s only one more Fresh Pork day at the Farm Store, and that day will be a particularly busy one because it’s taking place the Sunday before Thanksgiving, when all our holiday shoppers are coming out.

So, if you’re planning to stock up before the farm quiets down and we run out of pork forever, now’s your chance because our inventory will be getting tighter over the coming weeks.

And if you exclude the turkey pickup weekend, this is your last chance!

You can peruse our offerings HERE. As always, ordering ahead is not required, but it’s the best way to make sure your items are reserved and ready for you to pick up at the Farm Store.

Any questions? Let us know!

Your Farmers,
Jenney & Greg

PS – Here’s a reminder of our butcher schedule and our final butcher date for retail cuts at the Farm Store!

PPS – If you ordered a Half Pig for pick up this fall/winter, 1. Go YOU! 2. Don’t fret. Your pig is out in the fields, happily grazing on fall pastures, and all set to go to the butcher on your chosen butcher date later this year.
