There’s a parcel behind our farm that we have our eyes on. It’s vacant land that the current owner uses to hunt and play on.

For as long as we’ve lived here, we’ve imagined ourselves owning it. Not for vanity reasons – I know all too well now that having more acres just means more responsibility.
​
No, we keep coming back to this particular vacant land because we know that someday, we may very well outgrow the acreage we’re farming now.
​
And because farming the way we do – with organic farming methods and rotational grazing practices – transforms dead brambles and brush into lush productive pastures, and our region needs more of that!
​
You and your family deserve more of that!

I hate to break the news to you, but the owners aren’t interested in selling the land to us.
​
At this point, I’m not sure they ever will be, and the truth is, despite our vision for that land being as clear as day, we’re okay with that.
​
It’s still invigorating to have a dream and fun to share that dream here with you. After all, that’s how this entire farm came to be in the first place.
​
