Ingredients:

-1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger

-1 large garlic clove, minced

-2 Tbsp yellow or white miso, plus up to 1 more Tbsp to taste

-2 Tbsp tahini

-1 Tbsp honey

-1/4 cup rice vinegar

-2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

-2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Mix until smooth.

  3. Taste and add up to 1 Tbsp miso if desired.

Note: The dressing will keep in the fridge for weeks and is most delicious served over shredded cabbage, snap peas, and scallions.
