Ingredients:

– 2 cups yogurt

– 1-2 bananas, peeled

– 2 cups frozen berries

– 1 tbsp flax meal

– 1 knob of ginger

– Peanut butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add yogurt, banana, berries, flax meal and ginger in blender in that order.

  2. Blend ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour into cup and add a swirl of crunchy peanut butter (optional)
