We made it through Turkey Season, 2017! We hope you all enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday as much as we did. For all our customers who came out to the farm in the cold/snow/sleet to pick up their birds and to all of our friends that helped us with processing, thank you very much! Our birds were a bit smaller this year, but the flavor and texture were phenomenal. We are already looking forward to next year, especially because we will finally be able to distribute birds from inside our new-old barn!
We will continue to sell our organic, pasture-raised pork, chicken, ducks and eggs over the wintertime. With the increased demand this fall, we have a very limited supply of whole chickens left and even lower supply of whole ducks. If you were planning to stock up for the winter holidays, please contact us soon.
We’ve closed egg shares but we do have a few more half/whole organic pig shares available. If you haven’t ever considered buying a half pig, please start now. It’s a more economical way to get the best pork in town, butchered exactly to your specifications (including smoking and sausage-making) and goes a long way supporting our bottom-line. Deposits are due by Feb 1st and can be made in person or online.
